Bclix Technologies uses the Google Ads API in read-only mode to retrieve campaign performance data such as clicks, impressions, and conversions. The platform does not create, modify, or manage advertising campaigns.

Users grant access to their Google Ads account via secure OAuth 2.0 authentication before any data is accessed. Access is limited to authorized reporting data only, and no account passwords are stored by Bclix Analytics.

We build analytics tools for eCommerce businesses that need reliable visibility across Shopify store performance and Google Ads campaign outcomes. Our goal is to provide clear, compliant, and decision-ready reporting in a single dashboard for brands, operators, and agencies.

Bclix Analytics ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Bclix Analytics platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, connect integrations, or contact support. This includes: account information (name, email, company), Google Ads account data (campaigns, clicks, impressions, conversions, costs) accessed via the Google Ads API, and Shopify store data (orders, products, revenue) accessed via the Shopify API.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected solely to provide and improve the Bclix Analytics Service. Google Ads data is used exclusively to display analytics within your dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Google Ads API Data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is fetched periodically (not in real-time) and stored securely in encrypted databases. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Bclix Analytics complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google Ads APIs is only used to provide and improve user-facing features and is not used for advertising, resale, or any unauthorized purposes.

3.1 Data Access Scope

We only access reporting data such as campaign metrics (clicks, impressions, conversions, and cost) and do not access or store sensitive user data beyond what is required for analytics.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, OAuth 2.0 for all third-party integrations, and regular security audits. We never store your Google or Shopify passwords.

4.1 OAuth Consent and Authorized Access

Users grant access to their Google Ads account via secure OAuth 2.0 authentication before any data is accessed. Access is limited to authorized data required for analytics and reporting, and can be revoked by users at any time from their connected account settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your analytics data for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all personal data and connected account data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting dev@bclix.tech for data/privacy requests.

Bclix Analytics provides a unified analytics dashboard that integrates with Google Ads and Shopify to display campaign performance data, product analytics, and ROI reporting. The Service fetches data periodically via authorized APIs and does not provide real-time streaming or ad management capabilities.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share account access with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Authorized Use of Google Ads Data

You grant Bclix Analytics permission to access your Google Ads account data solely for the purpose of providing the analytics Service. We access only read-level data (reports, campaign metrics) and do not modify, create, or delete any campaigns or ads on your behalf.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bclix TechnologiesF is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data discrepancies from third-party APIs.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
